“The [IGC experience] provides repeated opportunities to take part in the lives of people around the world and to delight in the wealth they have to offer. As we are able to treat other peoples and traditions with respect and tenderness, we too are changed” —Paul Longacre

Unlimited Resources
Tuesday, January 16th we ate from Botswana cuisine and discussed their diamond industry and their use and misuse of this nearly unlimited resource in the country. We talked about our own best resource, God's Word, and how we can better use such an abundant, powerful resource and appreciate our access to it.

Featured Cuisine:
~Mma Sakina's Bean Soup
~Morogo (Cooked Spinach)
~Peach Chutney
~Begobep (cornmeal porridge)

And it was also Tim's birthday! Happy Birthday Tim!! And we delighted in a scrumptious carrot cake and trick candles to celebrate!
